Welcome home Harper! Cinnamon, a veteran of the Air Force Reserve, was looking for a medium sized dog to accompany her on long walks and to share with her young family. Meet Harper – a one year old 48 pound mix who was found as a stray in Vinton County, transferred to Ross County, and eventually to Gigi’s Animal Shelter. Gigi’s medical team assessed Harper and made sure that her needs were met. Special thanks to Harper’s fosters, Kelsi and Logan, who worked with Harper to feel better about stairs and getting into cars. They are another great example of the important role that our fosters have in our program. Harper will now enjoy many car rides and adventures this summer with her new family.
