Ahoy, friends! My name is Elmer, and this little sailor has officially found his forever home with Navy veteran Aleta.
I may only weigh 15 pounds, but I’ve got a whole lot of personality packed into this pint-sized body! I came to VCAS from Gigi’s, and I’m a pretty happy-go-lucky guy. My favorite things? Sniffy walks, plenty of scritches, and claiming a comfy spot on the couch right next to my favorite human.
Aleta served four years in the Navy as a hospital corpsman, and she was looking for a little buddy who loves affection and would be up for visits to her son’s farm. Well, I happen to think that sounds like the perfect life for me. New smells to investigate, a cozy couch to come home to, and someone to give me all the scritches I could ask for? Sign me up!
