Hi, I’m Sage, and I think I just found my perfect person.
My new human is Jacob, an Army National Guard medic and a nursing student. He was looking for a dog who could keep up with him on hikes and runs, but who also enjoys getting out and being social. Lucky for him, I LOVE an adventure!
I came to VCAS from Gigi’s after being found in a hoarding situation in Gallia County. I might be an Aussie mix, but you’d need a DNA test to know for sure. What we do know is that I’m a 39-pound ball of fun who LOVES to play ball.
I’m already showing Jacob I’m ready for plenty of fetch, running, and playing in my new big yard. I have a feeling we’re going to have a LOT of fun together.
A huge thank you to Robb and Pam for opening their home and fostering me while I waited for my forever match. You helped make this happy ending possible.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have a yard to explore and a ball to chase.
