Hi, I’m Maggie, a rescue dog, and I am finally home!
VCAS found me a companion and a home with my new dad, Joe, who served four years in the Marines and is currently a student at Ohio State.
He was looking for an active, large dog that also liked to cuddle. I am a one-year-old, 50-pound mixed breed dog who was found as a stray and brought to Gigi’s. They took me in and took care of all of my medical needs while I waited for a home.
They describe me as a wiggly, goofy girl who is sweet and affectionate. I am so excited to be a companion to Joe after his service to our country. A special thank you to Robin and Jay for opening their home and fostering me while I awaited placement day.
