Hi, I’m Fig. I’m a 1-year-old, 20-pound rescue from Gigi’s , with a black, gray, and white coat and a heart that just wanted somewhere to belong.
Barry, an Army veteran who served four years as an Infantryman, and his wife were looking for a small dog who could get along with their cat, enjoy long walks, and still be happy curling up together at home. I was looking for safety, love, and someone to choose me.
Now I have it all. I get my walks, and a dad who sees me as more than a dog; they see me as a companion.
