Hi, I’m Chi Chi, a rescue dog, and I finally found my forever home!
My new dad, Jim, is a Navy veteran who served for 13 years. He became a supporter of VCAS, and the more he learned about the VCAS Placement Program, the more he realized he needed a companion animal.
Jim and his family were looking for a small dog who would fit in with their busy family, and I think I am the perfect fit. I am a bundle of energy and love to play. They think I am a 2-3-year-old, 8-pound Pomeranian mix. VCAS found me at the Humane Society of Delaware County after I was picked up as a stray in Pike County.
