Hi, I’m Buddy! A few months ago, I was just a pup trying to figure things out after my siblings and I were surrendered in Lawrence County. Thankfully, Gigi’s took us in, gave us a cool place to stay, made sure we were healthy, and told me I’d find my perfect human soon.
That human turned out to be Mike, a Marine Corps veteran who served during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, looking for a loyal, easygoing companion. Thanks to VCAS, Gigi’s, and my amazing foster family (shoutout to Tim and Carly!) I got matched with Mike and his crew: his wife, 8-year-old daughter, a wild Husky brother, and two cats who are still trying to figure me out.
Now I spend my days doing zoomies, soaking up snuggles, and living my best life. I’m finally home.
